Exchanges Policy
Dear Customer, if you’re considering returning our product, please note the following:
- All hand-woven and hand-crafted products are produced by weavers and artisans in villages, mostly at their homes
- Unevenness in weaves, prints, minor slubs in fabric and slight variation in color are expected outcomes of an authentic craft process. These variations are typical characteristics of any handcrafted product and are not to be considered as damage or defects
- URVA’S is a marketplace and its sellers comprise of small master weavers, co-operatives and artisan entrepreneurs. As small businesses, while they strive hard to make and sell authentic handmade products to their customers, it is difficult for them to accept returns from customers, as the products are often not returned in original condition to the weaver. Due to this, the product cannot be resold again and it is a huge loss for them.
Procedure for Exchanges:
- Exchanges will be processed within 7 business days of receipt of products in good condition.
- Once we received the product our address Our Team checks Quality of these products. Apart from anything not as per products as previous conditions Like Price tag, box, packing conditions we CAN NOT ELIGIBLE FOR PROCEED Exchanges.
- It may take up to 3 weeks after the product is dispatched to the seller.
- URVA’S reserves the right to deny refund in case of soiled or damaged products
- Exchanges will be isuued only by Online no other medium.
Cancellation Policy:
- Once an order is placed, it can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Please reach out to urvasinnovation@gmail.com mentioning “Order ID – Request for Cancellation” in the subject line.
- Please provide a valid reason for cancellation for us to consider your request.
- Cancellations are reviewed and accepted at the discretion of management.
Return Policy:
- URVA’S accepts returns only if a wrong product or a damaged product is delivered
- Exchanges are encouraged only on a case-to-case basis with the customer having a genuine reason for such requests.
- The product needs to be in unused and unsoiled condition with original packaging, the price tag intact and folds should be original (especially for sarees).
- Customers wishing to return or exchange the product must contact us within 2 days of receipt of the product which is being returned or exchanged with supporting photos or video of the product mentioning the reason for return or exchange
- Our team must receive and authorize your return request, then only you can ship the merchandise back to us. customer have to return by a any renouned courier. courier charges will borned by customer.

- Customers need to fold & pack the product neatly in the package and courier the product to the seller.

What about warranty and hidden costs ?
- There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The price mentioned on the website is the final price. What you see is what you pay. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices.

Will you accept returns if I have bought products in SALE?
- No. If your order contains products sold in any SALE/DISCOUNT/OFFER, we would not accept any returns/exchange/replacement requests. Sale products are final sale only.
